The 17th annual Shop with a Cop event began early Saturday morning, Dec. 13, 2014, with 79 children hauled off in police cars, sirens blaring, to meet Santa in the parking lot of the Prescott Valley, Arizona, Kmart store. Members of local law enforcement agencies paired up with the youngsters and helped them spend $300 on gifts, making this a special holiday, indeed.
