Artists fabricate fashion for big Saturday show
Spinners and weavers, shoppers and tea drinkers gather this Saturday at the Prescott Adult Center to view the fruits of their looms in a fashion show, tea party and boutique sale.

The Mountain Spinners and Weavers Guild hosts the event that begins when the doors open at noon, with tea served at 12:30 p.m.

Prolific Cordes Lakes artist takes new direction
The Cordes Lakes artist said the company that contracted her work for four years didn't offer much of a profit for her, but it allowed her to devote herself to painting fulltime.

Much of Judy Kaufman's commercial artwork is available to the public through stores such as Target, Ross, Kohls, and Bed, Bath and Beyond; and people also can find her line of prints in France, Germany, Spain, Holland and Hong Kong.
