The Prescott Valley Centennial Mural now hangs inside the entrance to the PV Public Library, compliments of the Prescott Valley Art Guild, where nearly 30,000 library patrons per month can view it.
Begun in October 2011, the artists completed the mural in January 2012; it was on display during the Centennial Dinner at Tim's Toyota in February 2012. It depicts 100 years of local history, including Sharlot Hall, the Barlow-Massicks house, gold panning, ranching, Fain Park, the Civic Center and Library buildings, ranching, and hot air balloons.
The mural is 48"x120" in three pieces painted by artists Leland Morse, Paulette Bedford, Mei-June Lao and Carol Holloway.
