Granite Orthopaedics, PLLC has taken over the former Zeke's Eatin' Place restaurant and opens for business Aug. 4, completing a total renovation of the building that sits within the popular Entertainment District.

The orthopaedic medical facility will keep its Prescott office open as it expands its operations to Prescott Valley.

The office will feature a medical and physical therapy component with its current doctors Spencer Schuenman, in the area since 2004, and Paul Pflueger who joined in 2008.

Doctors W. Lee Richardson and Evan Simonson will begin the summer of 2015.

Currently, workers are placing the finishing touches on the building to include tile installation, said practice administrator Laura Smith.

"It's excellent news that we're expanding to Prescott Valley," Smith said.

The new office will feature medical and physical therapy components with plenty of exam rooms, she explained.

"Having offices in both Prescott and Prescott Valley will certainly allow us to provide the utmost in care to our community and the surrounding communities."

The address is 2960 N. Centre Court.
