Yavapai County Home, Health and Lifestyles Expo is Saturday and Sunday at Tim's
Prescott Valley Tribune

Working together, the Yavapai County Contractor's Association and the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce will host the first fall Yavapai County Home, Health and Lifestyles Expo at Tim's Toyota Center on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 14 and 15. This two-day show will feature exhibitors and vendors from every aspect of quality lifestyle living. Patterned after the successful YCCA Home and Garden show, this event includes and reaches beyond contractors and home improvement to include health and fitness, education, travel and recreation, non-profit organizations and service clubs and more.

A special participant is Scottsdale Healthcare's Heart and Vascular van, which will provide ultrasound screenings by appointment. The van will be at the show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15 only. A mass mailing, distributed to the Prescott Valley area, will include appointment information and phone numbers.

"We are happy to be working with Sandy Griffis from YCCA to present this two-day show. YCCA has a great home and garden show in the spring and now we can bring the same quality of show to our communities in the fall," said Marnie Uhl, CEO of the Prescott Valley Chamber.

"We are certainly excited about our inaugural Home, Health & Lifestyle expo," said Sandy Griffis, executive director of YCCA. "This is the Fall show of the year and PV Chamber, BCBS, The Daily Courier and YCCA are so proud to be able to bring you this local event. This is a terrific excuse to stop by Tim's Toyota Center and say hi."

Show hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

The show is free to the public but everyone is encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for the Yavapai Food Bank.

All attendees also will have the opportunity to register for a drawing of one of three $500 gift certificates to be used at any of the show's vendors. Drawing will take place at the end of the show on Sunday.

Sponsors include Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Daily Courier, Arizona's Hometown Radio Group, and recently added Great Circle Radio.

For more information and to register to participate contact YCCA at 928-778-0040 or PV Chamber at 928-772-8857.
