Special to the Tribune

Acorn Montessori Charter School's Student Council members led a pep rally April 8 to encourage students to prepare for AIMS and Stanford 10 testing, which take place April 15-19.

Student council members came up with different ways to best support better test taking results. They came up with these key elements to develop good testing habits:

• Students need 10 hours of sleep.

• Healthy food.

• Good hygiene - daily baths or showers.

• Minimize use of electronic gadgets.

• Relax and read.

• Talk over test taking with parents.
