The Bradshaw Mountain girls' basketball team repeated as champions of the Lady Badger Winter Classic tournament at Prescott High School with a perfect run this past Friday and Saturday.

The Lady Bears downed Kellis 59-35 in Saturday's finale, on the strength of Kylie Morris' 18 points, with 17 more from Kaitlyn McKenna, including her five 3-point bombs.

Bradshaw had also triumphed that morning over host Prescott, 56-39, with 22 points from Morris, and 12 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 steals from Ashlie Dowdy.

Friday Sunrise Mountain fell to the Lady Bears, 60-29, after McKenna's 22 points, including six treys. Raymond S. Kellis High also lost to Bradshaw, 58-41, as Morris again contributed 22 points.

The Lady Bears, 7-1 on the season, currently rank No. 13 in AIA Div. II. In the next couple of weeks they will face among others, Kingman and Coconino, the division's No. 7 and 8 teams, respectively, to try to move up the ladder.

Bradshaw played host to Mingus Union yesterday, after the Tribune's press time. Verrado comes to Prescott Valley on Thursday. Tip-off is 7 p.m.
