After NARTA recruit for Flagstaff Police Jared Hansen carried in the Olympic torch, he helped Bradshaw Mountain Special Olympian Josh Roberts light the cauldron during opening ceremonies for the 19th annual Special Olympics Mountain Area Regional Spring Games in Prescott Valley Saturday.
