Dewey-Humboldt Little League enjoyed a perfect Saturday for opening ceremonies at Mayer High School on April 6, 2013. Cub Scout Pack 96 presented the Colors and Pledge of Allegiance, Mike Nache sang the National Anthem, Adam Oen led the Little League Pledge, and D-H Mayor Terry Nolan threw the first pitch. Former Director Dale Poole returned for the event and announced the players. After the ceremonies, the Atlanta Braves Juniors played the Mayer Junior High team in a scrimmage.
