The Bradshaw Mountain golfing Bears edged out Mingus Union to win their own 4-way meet at the Prescott Golf and Country Club this past Thursday.

The Bears and Marauders each finished with 170 points, but using the fifth player tie-breaker option, Bradshaw triumphed over nine holes on the windy afternoon.

Fierce competition in the face of those fierce winds kept the scores close as Prescott concluded with 172 and Flagstaff, 178.

Mingus' Gary Baker was medalist, shooting a 38. Bradshaw's Nate Marty took third, needing 40 strokes on the par-36 course.

Tanner Spohn finished with 42, while Hunter Rowe shot 43 and Anne Transier, 45. Michael Bronson provided the tie-break score.

Bradshaw plays host to Boulder Creek tomorrow at 3:30 p.m.

News to Cheryl! Putting trajectory? The ball is rolling during a putt. No trajectory.
If the ball is air born there is trajectory.
