Meghan O'Brien and Hunter Taylor married on Jan. 3, 2009, at the El Adobe in historic San Juan Capistrano, Calif.

The evening ceremony took place outside amidst candlelight. Pastor Leigh Harrison from the Lighthouse Center in Costa Mesa, Calif., married the couple.

An immediate reception followed at the El Adobe with dancing and dinner.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Bradshaw Mountain High School, and is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University where she majored in political science, minoring in women's studies.

She was an Academic All-American at Point Loma, and will graduate in May 2009 from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, Calif.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of Costa Mesa High School, a 2003 graduate of UC Irvine with a BA in sociology, and a 2007 cum laude graduate of Chapman University School of Law with an emphasis in advocacy and dispute resolution.

He is currently employed as a deputy district in the office of the Riverside County District Attorney.

The bridal party included Meghan's sister, Darcy O'Brien, as maid of honor, and bridesmaids Kelsey Tyree, Kate Hix and Liz Jones.

Justin Taylor, brother of the groom, served as best man with groomsmen Austin Holt, Brian Six and Todd Kacer.

Flowergirl was Breanna Theo, and ringbearer Derek Theo of Phoenix, Ariz.

After a honeymoon in Costa Rica the couple will make their home in Costa Mesa. Meghan is the daughter of Bill and Donna O'Brien of Prescott Valley. Hunter is the son of Jayne and Skip Kacer of Costa Mesa.
