John and Carolyn Agan of Prescott Country Club celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family party in Tucson given by their children Christa (Jim) Ruhman, at whose home the party was held, Tim (Cristi) Agan and Steve (Belinda) Agan, all of Tucson and Laura (Karl) Dykstra of Bend, Oregon.

Special guests included Carolyn's sister, Linda Haupt of Palmdale, Calif.; John's sister, Carolyn and Gary Clinite of Paso Robles, Calif.; and his brother, Jim and Jean Agan from Carmel, Calif. Unable to attend the celebration but sending good wishes was John's 95-year-old mother, Marion Agan of Atascadero, Calif.

Also attending were the couple's grandchildren, Tanner, Allison, Elizabeth and Kate Agan all of Tucson and Katy Dykstra of Bend, Oregon.

The honored couple met while attending Eagle Rock High School in Los Angeles and was married on Sept. 13, 1958, at the Eagle Rock Presbyterian Church. In addition to California, they have lived in Tucson and Phoenix and moved to PCC 10 years ago.

John was in the banking and mortgage business and retired as a Regional Vice President with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Carolyn worked for the YMCA for more than 25 years and retired as the Associate Director of the Mulcahy YMCA Branch in Tucson.
