Noe Garcia, 20, of Prescott Valley

CORDES JUNCTION - A deputy who saw a speeding car in the Interstate 17 construction zone Monday stopped it and made a six-pound marijuana bust, a Yavapai County Sheriff's Office spokesman said.
Noe Garcia, 20, of Prescott Valley, was driving west on Highway 69 in a Honda sedan when a deputy stopped him for speeding, YCSO spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn said.
The deputy spoke with Garcia and noticed the smell of marijuana coming from inside the car, D'Evelyn said, and Garcia became "confrontational" with the deputy, denying he'd been speeding.
The deputy asked for permission to search the car and Garcia refused, so the deputy had his K-9 partner sniff the car. "Very quickly, the K-9 displayed a scratching alert signal at the front passenger window," D'Evelyn said.
The deputy then began searching the Honda. He could smell the pot, but didn't find it until he checked the trunk, where he located a backpack and duffle bag, D'Evelyn said. Inside them were plastic bags filled with marijuana, and, he said, confronted with the find, Garcia admitted he was bringing them from Phoenix to Prescott Valley buyers.
He was carrying just over six pounds of marijuana, D'Evelyn said.
Garcia was charged with transportation/sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, and possession.
He was booked into the Camp Verde jail on a $25,000 bond.

Wow.... Arizona's school system tragically failed you. Thank you for pointing out how this young Robin Hood was only selling marijuana to "feed the children". By the way, agree or disagree, marijuana is still "illegal". States may have legalized it, but the feds have not. I should not assume, however by your grammer that you are one to do much reading or research however....
Hey, you realize the you are "constantly watching my stuff so it doesnt get ripped off by chronic stealers", because they are stealing to support their drug habit.
P.S. Go back to school and learn some grammar skills.

Iid rather have someone transporting a LEGAL and NATURAL substance with intent to sell to feed the children or pay the rent than constantly looking over my shoulder for fear of sex maniac attacks or ax murders, entering my home .constantly watching my stuff so it doesnt get ripped off by chronic stealers that are too lazy to get thier hussle on and BUY IT THIERSELF!
