New C&C Too nearly ready for official opening
While not officially open...yet...the new C&C Too deli and bakery is ready to serve hungry patrons "to-go" breakfasts and lunches!

The popular Cork and Cuisine restaurant, in Prescott Valley, has expanded its operation to include the C&C Too that also sits within the Entertainment District near Harkins Theatres.

Check-in begins at 9 a.m. and bowling will start at 10 a.m. continuing until noon with a second bowling session (registration only after the first session is filled) scheduled for check-in at 12 p.m. and bowling from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

City girl from Paris spends year in small town Prescott Valley

Living in a foreign country can result in quite a culture shock, but for one Bradshaw Mountain High School student, leaving Paris for Prescott Valley was more than different languages and customs. It was a huge change from big city life to, well, Prescott Valley.

"You don't get to choose," said Justine Busson, exchange student through the Prescott Valley Rotary and a junior at BMHS. "I thought I'd go to a big city since I am from Paris."

Library to experience some disruption during upgrades
The Prescott Valley Public Library will experience disruptions to some library services from June 25 to June 30 while the Yavapai Library Network upgrades its integrated library system. The network purchased the current system, which is used to check out books, maintain records and more, in 1993 and it is time to move on to a 21st century system.
