Watch Channel 15 videos about what not to flush!
Individuals may click from the town's Website, and view several in-house produced videos about what can and cannot be flushed down the toilet or kitchen sink.

Even "flushable" wipes advertised on television don't necessarily break up and dissolve after they have been dismissed down the pipes.

Grease also acts as a major problem and should never go down the drain. Instead, as one video demonstrates, citizens should collect the grease into a container and dispose of the waste into the garbage.

The town's government access Channel 15 soon will transition to Channel 9. This change results in the Phoenix area's existing Channel 15 that must meet the requirement of becoming uniform throughout the state, said Deputy Town Manager Ryan Judy.

The move tentatively will take place in September. Staff will work with the Teen Department in the library for a new channel logo design.

"The winner may receive a $100 gift certificate," Judy said.

The government programming will remain the same and the channel is streamed on www.pvaz.net.

Viewers may tune in and view current and archived programs to include town council, planning and zoning, arts and culture and parks and recreation meetings, special events, Council Chat, Arizona Wildlife Views and the Pentagon Channel via live feed.
