Hey Gary, dont take it personally, Fast food places are not known for their table service, at least they gave you back your money. I could name every fast/slow food joint in this town that gives crappy service once in a while. Its not a fun job and the hourly rate doesn't exactly attract the intellectuals of our species.

Kept seeing the add for the fish sandwich on TV,on 3-24-2014 I stopped by Culvers in Prescott Valley to try it. After placing my order, I patiently waited for 20 plus minutes before the gal behind the counter ask me if I had gotten my order yet, I said no. She asked the cooks to make up two fish sandwich to go, and after another 15 minutes more, and with no fish sandwich in sight, I ask for my money back. The manager gave me my money back, and said sorry about that, then I left. If thats how you treat customers, I will not go back. I will pass on how I was treated. P R. here was very bad.
