Short delays for pavement work on SR 89A northeast of Robert Rd. through Friday
Delays up to 15 minutes are expected

Crews are scheduled to remove and replace pavement on State Route 89A in Prescott Valley at the intersection of Coyote Springs Road (mileposts 324-325) this week, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The pavement improvement work on Thursday and Friday, April 11-12 will take place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Traffic will be restricted to one lane through the work zone. Flaggers will direct traffic in alternating directions using the single lane that is open. The speed limit will be reduced to 25 mph and drivers can expect delays of up to 15 minutes.

ADOT advises drivers to slow down, allow additional time to reach their destinations, and be alert for warning signs, construction equipment, and personnel.

For more information about this project, please contact Prescott District Senior Community Relations Officer Tricia Lewis at 928-606-2420 or tlewis@azdot.gov.
