Prescott Valley police booked Andres Rosas, 20, of Prescott Valley into the Yavapai County Jail on Tuesday on felony charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, sexual conduct with a minor and surreptitious videotaping and filming after officers found evidence on his computer that he filmed a sexual encounter with an underage girl.

On Nov. 28, a 17-year-old girl told a Prescott Valley Police officer that she learned that Rosas, her ex-boyfriend, had filmed them having sexual intercourse and had learned from a friend that Rosas was possibly sharing the video with others, Prescott Police Sgt. Brandon Bonney said.

Investigators worked the case, and on Tuesday served a search warrant at Rosas's home in the 7800 block of Prickly Pear Path, Bonney said.

Investigators seized a computer from the home after finding evidence on it supporting the victim's claim that Rosas had filmed a sexual encounter, Bonney said.

"The computer will be searched forensically for additional evidence," Bonney said. "Information learned in the case leads investigators to believe that there may possibly be other victims."

Anyone with information about this case or other potential victims is encouraged to call the Prescott Valley Police Detective Sergeant Palguta at 928-772-5161 or Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232.
