Feb. 14 is not only Valentine's Day, but a day to celebrate our 48th state, Arizona. The Bronzesmith Fine Art Foundry and Gallery invites the public to visit on statehood day to see the 10 ft. clay original of the "Not-So Gentle Tamer," its Arizona Centennial Monument. The Open House will be from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Free admission and a tour with the excitement of a bronze pour will begin at 11 a.m. Buy a raffle ticket to win a 24" limited edition bronze sculpture. Meet Deb Gessner, the sculptor of Bob Boze Bell's original watercolor of the "Not-So-Gentle Tamer." Learn how you can contribute to this historical monument that will honor the women who helped tame the West and be a lasting tribute to the great state's centennial. Bronzesmith is located at 7331 East Second Street, Prescott Valley.
